Consumable and Energy data management system uses PLC, Internet of Things (IoT) devices and sensors to collect real time consumption data. Manufacturing plant supervision and management team can actively monitor material uses and power consumption and take steps to reduce it. Ultimately, it's about reducing waste, increasing productivity, and reducing costly carbon-emitting processes. By using a Consumable and Energy data management system, you can bring more transparency to your manufacturing operations and identify risks and biggest energy consumers in your company.
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is the gold standard for measuring manufacturing productivity. Simply put – it identifies the percentage of manufacturing time that is truly productive. We have implemented the OEE system in 3-4 manufacturing plants. Some of the Key features of our OEE project are:
We have built a complete MES dashboard for Robroy Industries using tableau and SQL server database. Data is automatically pulled from SQL server and PLC systems and dashboards are automatically updated in real time. No manual data upload needed for dashboard. Some of the key features of dashboard.
A stack light is a valuable tool for displaying the status of a machine or process. This is used to draw the operator’s and supervisor attention to the operation or condition of the machine. We integrated stack light with PLC and MES system. Instead of installing physical push button we built a dedicated interface inside MES module. Stack light is used for alarm notification as well requesting assistance for maintenance and quality issues. Since its implemented within MES respective department was notified based on type of request raised by operator. Dedicated tableau report is used for analysis of requests from operators.
